Yeung Tung

Yeung Tung is a director/ writer born and raised in Mainland China currently a Graduate film MFA candidate at New York University Tisch School of the Arts. He completed his studies in Film and Television at Boston University's College of Communication, where he began his directorial journey developing short films. Yeung directed several theatre works with the Red Star Theatre Club at Boston University as well as Wuming Theatre Club at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

《訪客》 An Invitation (2020) is an original script written by Yeung which he developed in the summer of 2019 and directed with writer/ director Hao Zhao. His next project  "Strawberry Rider" will go back his hometown Zengcheng, inspired by Zhuangzi's "A butterfly Dream"

Hao Zhao is a Chinese director/screenwriter. Since completing his film education in New York University Tisch School of the Arts, Hao has been working professionally as an independent director based in Beijing. His previous short films include Serve the People (2014), SHE (2013).《访客》An Invitation (2020) is his most recent short which he wrote, directed with writer/director Yeung Tung. His debut directorial feature, 15 Seconds of Spotlight, has been selected as a 2020 Shanghai International Film Project Program and is currently under pre-production for principal photography in September 2021. The film is about the end of a long journey of a teenaged goalkeeper to professional soccer as his window of opportunity closes. Hao is also working on a documentary feature in which he looks into the youth soccer development system in a small town near Shanghai.
